We are looking for a Client Support Specialist in Cairo to join our team and support customers by handling inquiries and messages through email and company systems, entering and organizing data, monitoring tenders and client websites, assisting with customer follow-up calls, and supporting the preparation of technical and financial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced technologies for tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and wheel alignment.

  • Diagnostic tools related to wheel geometry and suspension systems.

  • Operation and maintenance of high-performance tire changers, wheel balancers, and alignment systems.

  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in the field of tire equipment is required.

The engineer will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the design and customization of appropriate solutions for each client.

  • Overseeing the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.

  • Providing technical support and delivering training to ensure optimal use and performance of the equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Documented hands-on experience in operating and maintaining tire service equipment.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to stay up to date with ongoing technological advancements in the field of tire service equipment.
