Wall Panels: Made of 50 mm thermal wool, heat-resistant to ensure excellent insulation, high safety, and protection of internal equipment.
Ceiling: Interlocking design covered with 0.426 mm steel sheet for durability and proper ventilation.
2. Professional Lighting System (Lighting System)
Top Lighting: 10 LED units, 5 on the right side and 5 on the left side, each unit with 2 × 36 W lamps, providing strong, uniform lighting without shadows.
Side Lighting: High-efficiency side LED lights to ensure precise visibility during painting and drying.

A. Makeup Air Unit

Exhaust Turbine: 1 × 5.5 kW, total capacity 18,000 m³/h for efficient air extraction.
B. Advanced Filtration System
Ceiling Filter: Mounted on oil-painted surface, type Sp-600 G, F5 Grade EN779.
Floor Filter: Made of fiberglass, area 10.35 m², PA-50, EN779, Grade G3, to collect overspray and prevent accumulation.
Preparation Unit Filter: G3 Grade EN779, C16-300, made of fiberglass to ensure clean air during spraying.
C. Full Control System
Control Panel: Controls for temperature, time, drying, spraying, left & right lighting, pressure and fault indicators, and emergency stop.
Air Preparation Control: Pneumatic gate to allow fresh air during spraying or closure during drying.
D. Burners & Heat Exchanger
Burner: Diesel-operated, Riello G20.
Heat Exchanger: Made of 1.5 mm stainless steel, equipped with explosion-proof vent and chimney, capacity 200 kW.
