The LAUNCH ES200 is an EV insulation resistance tester—often called a megohmmeter or
high-resistance meter—designed to measure insulation resistance between live components
and exposed non-live metal parts.
It also includes voltage measurement functionality to enhance safety
during maintenance of high-voltage EV systems.
